Well, a teeny bit more today!  Rained some yesterday and it's cooler than it was.  The flower beds between the house and driveway which I had cleared out a month or so ago had begun to sprout all manner of vegetation, primarily weeds and a rehash of what had been there, so today I began clearing them out again.  Got most of the actuall grow pulled ( Read more... )

Still progressing with edits on Darnahsian Pirates, the third Stone Island Sea Story.  Actually I'm workin on updating the computer version, installing the changes I made with pen on paper.  A few days ago I began updating Chapter Eighteen.  In the original version that started ( Read more... )

Over the last couple of weeks or so, I haven't made much progress when it comes to completing the third Stone Island Sea Story.  As near as I can tell, I have two or three chapters left before I bring it to an end.  I have it to where the finale is about to take place, but haven't done much with it as of late ( Read more... )

My progress on the third Stone Island Sea Story has slowed somewhat since November, back when I tried to parallel NaNoWriMo and wrote a good portion of the story.  I doubt if I've written as much in December, January, and no February as I did then.  But I am making progress and now am nearing the finish.  Hard to tell for sure, but I'm thinking one ( Read more... )

Since I'm retired, Mondays are not the dreaded first day of the work week as they once were.  And to be honest, I never hated them that much.  As much as anything, I played along with the idea of Monday being such an awful day... something to jokingly complain about at work.  And of course this particular Monday is a Holiday here in the US, ( Read more... )
